Linear Area Reconstruction Alongside the Building

This project involved the restoration of a neglected garden. The area was in a neglected state, with uneven soil and gravel, with badly arranged stairs. The main objective was to transform this space into a functional and visually appealing pathway, improving its appearance and usability.

Initial Condition

The passage between the house and the fence was in a neglected state. The soil and gravel created an uneven and untidy surface. The stepping stones laid out for walking appeared random and chaotic, failing to provide a neat appearance and comfortable movement.

Completed Works

1.Old Surface Removal:

Complete removal of the old surface, including the extraction of worn-out soil and gravel.

2.Base Preparation:

Filling with a base material (crushed stone, sand) to create a level and stable foundation. Surface leveling using surveying tools.

3.Roll Lawn Installation:

High-quality installation of roll lawn, ensuring a smooth and green surface. Specialized techniques were used to prevent soil erosion and ensure the durability of the coverage.

4.Irrigation System Adjustment:

The existing irrigation system was maintained for the current plants, and in areas where it was not needed, it was removed and capped off.

Final Result

After the work was completed, the linear area transformed into a well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing zone. The new lawn created a smooth and green surface that harmoniously blends with the vertical greenery along the fence. The project significantly improved the visual perception of the territory and enhanced its functionality, providing comfortable movement and an attractive appearance.
