From Challenging Site to Structured Landscape
When our team first assessed the property, the backyard presented several issues that needed to be solved before any design could begin.
The area suffered from poor grading, standing water after rain, dense vegetation, and compacted soil conditions. These problems made the yard difficult to use and prevented plants from thriving.
Our first phase focused entirely on site preparation. The team cleared the space, reshaped the terrain, and installed a comprehensive underground drainage system. This created a stable and functional base for the landscape construction that followed.
